Client Not Opening Empty

Hi tech or devs or GMs,

I've downloaded the full client including the manual patch..

First I've tried to open "RF Defcon" exe but the client didn't open..

Next I've copied and paste the manual patch on the full client and opened "RF Defcon 223" exe and also tried the old one "RF Defcon", still it doesn't open...  No  No

Any fix on this issue of mine? or someone else is experiencing this problem?

Edit:

Problem has bee fixed... I tried to re-extract the files again, turned off my anti-virus and it works fine now...
